Before founding wRight Resources in 2011, JP spent over a decade as Senior Director at a national real estate and construction search firm, where he also oversaw technology and communications initiatives to streamline search operations.

Michael Frederick - Partner/Executive Recruiter
Michael Frederick is a Partner and Executive Recruiter at wRight Resources, Inc., bringing more than three decades of specialized experience in real estate and construction search. Over his career, he has helped organizations across the country identify and hire proven leaders in development, construction, property management, and related disciplines.
Michael joined wRight Resources in 2021 after a long tenure in executive search, including leadership roles at several nationally recognized recruiting firms. His experience spans more than 35 years with firms such as Crown Advisors, ProSearch Consultants, John Morrow & Associates, and Specialty Consultants Inc., where he built a reputation for integrity, persistence, and deep industry knowledge.
Based in the Greater Savannah area, Michael partners closely with clients to understand their strategic hiring needs and connect them with high-impact talent that strengthens teams and drives long-term growth. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Pittsburgh.
Mike Blasko - Director of Recruiting
Michael Blasko is the Director of Recruiting at wRight Resources, Inc., bringing more than 15 years of experience in executive search across the real estate, construction, and engineering sectors. He has completed hundreds of mid- and senior-level searches nationwide for many of the country’s leading contractors, EPC firms, and real estate organizations.
Throughout his career, Mike has worked across a wide range of market sectors—including oil and gas, biopharmaceutical, transmission and distribution, healthcare, general building, multifamily, solar, institutional, and commercial real estate. His search work spans more than 20 states and 50 major metropolitan areas, giving him a broad, national perspective on industry talent needs.
Before joining wRight Resources in 2022, Mike spent 14 years with E&C Services, where he led recruiting strategy, industry research, candidate development, and full-cycle hiring processes for complex technical and leadership roles. His consultative approach includes deeply understanding client culture and requirements, building targeted search strategies, managing interviews and evaluations, guiding negotiations, and supporting both client and candidate through the transition process.
Mike is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and is based in the Greater Pittsburgh region. He is recognized for his industry knowledge, relationship-driven style, and commitment to delivering candidates who not only meet the technical requirements of each role but also strengthen the culture and long-term success of his clients.
Nicole Deal - Senior Director of Digital Marketing
Nicole Deal is the Senior Director of Digital Marketing at wRight Resources, where she leads the development and execution of innovative strategies that elevate brand visibility and drive measurable growth across the real estate and construction sectors. With a results-driven mindset and a strong command of data, technology, and creative storytelling, she enhances customer engagement and strengthens the firm’s digital presence.
Nicole brings more than seven years of experience directing high-performing teams and delivering digital marketing programs that align with organizational goals. Her work integrates analytics, emerging tools, and cross-channel strategy to support wRight Resources’ mission of providing customized executive search solutions nationwide.
Beyond her professional role, Nicole has been an active volunteer with the American Cancer Society for more than a decade and previously served as a Youth Ambassador for the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network. In these positions, she represented the organization at events, supported fundraising initiatives, engaged young audiences, and helped advance community-based advocacy efforts.
Earlier in her career, Nicole worked as a Business Banking Specialist with the Premier Institute for Financial Freedom, where she managed financial transactions, ensured regulatory compliance, and supported clients in achieving financial stability.
Nicole holds an associate degree in Accounting from Duquesne University’s Palumbo-Donahue School of Business and an AS in Specialized Business from Bradford Business School
